Facing adversity

1.    Someone in grief: how does he forget to say:

Anbiya 21: 87    La ilaha illa Anta [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][none has the right to be worshipped but You (O Allah)], Glorified (and Exalted) are You [above all that they associate with You]. Truly, I have been of the wrong-doers.”

Doesn’t he know what Allahﷻ said after that?

Anbiya 21: 88. So We answered his call, and delivered (saved) him from the distress. And thus We do deliver (save) the believers

2.    Someone who is in adversity: how does he forget to say:

Anbiya 21: 83    “Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy.”

Doesn’t he know what Allahﷻ  said after that?

Anbiya 21: 84.    So We answered his call, and We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his family to him (that he had lost), and the like thereof along with them, as a mercy from Ourselves and a Reminder for all who worship Us.

3.    Someone in fear: how does he forget to say:

A’al Imraan 3: 173     Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)

Doesn’t he know what Allahﷻ  said after that?

A’al Imraan 3: 174. So they returned with Grace and Bounty from Allah. No harm touched them; and they followed the good Pleasure of Allah. And Allah is the Owner of Great Bounty.

4.    Someone facing people’s evil: How does he forget to say:

Ghafir 40: 44   My affair I leave it to Allah. Verily, Allah is the All-Seer of (His) slaves.”

Doesn’t he know what Allahﷻ  said after that?

Ghafir 40: 45.    So Allah saved him from the evils that they plotted (against him), while an evil torment encompassed Fir’aun’s people.

May Allahﷻ make us among those who understand His Kalaam and take succor and sustenance from it.
